Abstract

The Judiciary has taken a more significant role in the protection of Human Rights, upon having abandoned the paradigm of the legal Rule of Law, moving to a Constitutional Rule of Law, where judges can ensure that the spirit of the Constitution lives in their judgments. Regarding the effective protection of the right to life and health, the writ of amparo emerges as the most suitable means.
